It's not that I hate Javascript - I hate that it has no checks or balances. It's an anything goes language that results in a lot of bad code and extra time to troubleshoot issues because you have no help from a compiler. If you could compile Javascript that would make it possible to even consider it. I have 20 years commercial software engineering experience, and 7 years before that as well, so to be clear in my experience its a very bad option to use something as loose as Javascript, and as a result I will never condone its use in any of my systems.
